The Rock returned to WWE this week and made pro wrestling history. After making multiple appearances on the RAW Netflix premiere, the legend went to NXT New Year's Evil to electrify WWE's third brand for the first time. The Rock's business partner made a declaration after their daughter Ava appeared onscreen with her father for the first time.

The Final Boss was featured in the first main segment of Monday's RAW Netflix premiere, where he hyped up World Wrestling Entertainment's new partnership and pointed out network executives in a VIP suite. He had a somewhat friendly exchange with Cody Rhodes and later crowned Roman Reigns the Original Tribal Chief by presenting him with the Ula Fala after Tribal Combat with Solo Sikoa.

The Rock seems to be back for the WrestleMania 41 season, but first, he had to make a big stop at NXT New Year's Evil. He closed the special episode with a promo, addressing criticism over his RAW promo and praising the NXT brand in a major way. Earlier in the show, the legend appeared in a backstage segment with his daughter, Ava, who is the company's first-ever fourth-generation star. Ethan Page was also featured in the segment, along with the NXT General Manager and The People's Champion.

Simone Garcia Johnson is Dwayne Johnson's first child, born in August 2001 to The Brahma Bull and Dany Garcia. The two were married from 1997 to 2008. The former couple remained friends and became business moguls, with portfolios of various brands and the Seven Bucks Productions company they co-founded in 2012.

Garcia was clearly one proud parent during NXT New Year's Evil. She took to her Instagram Stories to declare WWE history after seeing her only child and her ex-partner together in a backstage segment. Ava was designated NXT's Final Boss by The Great One.

"And with that History was made [face with tear emoji] @avawwe_ X @therock @wwenxt," Dany Garcia wrote with the photo below.

Ava began training at the Performance Center in February 2020 and debuted in October 2022 with NXT's Schism faction. The 23-year-old Anoa'i Family member is currently the NXT General Manager, the youngest in company history.
