Erick Rowan shares a touching tribute to late AEW and WWE star Brodie Lee
Erick Rowan recently shared a touching tribute to his former stable mate, the late AEW and World Wrestling Entertainment star Brodie Lee. Known as Luke Harper to the WWE Universe, Lee tragically passed away on December 26, 2020.
Both Rowan and Lee climbed up the pecking order in WWE, eventually joining the group known as The Wyatt Family. Led by the charismatic and eerie Bray Wyatt, the faction was one of the most feared and beloved in the Stamford-based promotion.
Now, four years on, Erick Rowan is the only surviving member of the original Wyatt Family. Brodie Lee died due to a rare condition known as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, while Wyatt, who passed away more than a year ago, suffered a heart attack.
Now a member of The Wyatt Sicks, and going by the alternate name, Ramblin' Rabbit, Erick Rowan shared a photograph of himself and his new faction The Wyatt Sicks. In the picture, he is the only one without a mask, and with a caption that expresses how much he loves and misses his fallen comrade on his fourth death anniversary.
"Four years ago you left a void that could never be filled. You are always with me…I miss you and love you," wrote Erick Rowan.
Although he is no longer with us, Brodie Lee continues to be remembered by his family and friends, which is a testament to his character and what an incredible human being he was.
Erick Rowan and The Wyatt Sicks are currently embroiled in a feud with The Final Testament
Erick Rowan continues to remember both Brodie Lee and Bray Wyatt with the help of The Wyatt Sicks. The group, led by Bray's brother Bo Dallas made their debut earlier this year. They made quite the impact when they took out Chad Gable and American Made, but now, with their recent feud, their goals have become clear.
The group seems to be targeting superstars who have caused harm, betrayed, or do not act like a family. They started with Gable, who mistreated the Alpha Academy, and now, their attention has shifted to The Miz and The Final Testament.
The two groups are currently in the midst of a heated war, but The Wyatt Sicks seem to be coming out on top. However, once they dispatch Karrion Kross and his crew, the question is, who's next?
