Logan Paul decided to pull a hilarious prank during a recent interview. This almost backfired on him as the interviewer was about to walk out.
The Maverick is one of the most famous people on the planet. He gained a massive fan following before he even signed with WWE. Before deciding to become a professional wrestler, Logan found success in several other avenues. He is a successful YouTuber, entrepreneur, boxer, and pro wrestler.
Logan is also known for being quite a prankster. Hence, when he was scheduled for an interview with BBC, he thought it would be funny to pull a prank by sending in a look-alike, Rodney Peterson, in his place. At first, the journalist, Matt Shea, didn't spot the difference and began the interview as the social media megastar informed his doppelganger what to answer.
A few questions into the interview, Shea grew suspicious and stated that Logan looked a bit different. He then asked when the real Logan Paul would show up before wrapping up the interview in frustration. The former United States Champion posted the interaction on his social media handle.
Logan Paul has managed to establish himself as the fastest-rising star in WWE. In just three matches, he competed against Roman Reigns, who is considered by many to be one of the best of this generation. A few matches later, he defeated WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio to win the United States Championship. Although he lost that title at the 2024 SummerSlam, he has bigger aspirations in mind.
During a recent episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast, Logan highlighted his goals to win the WWE Championship, for Jake Paul to become boxing World Champion, and for Jake's girlfriend Jutta Leerdam to win an Olympic gold medal.
"I mean, bro, the ultimate goal would be for me to become WWE Champion, for you to become boxing champion and then for your girlfriend Jutta to win Olympic gold."
It will be interesting to see if the former United States Champion will ever be able to accomplish his goal of becoming WWE Champion.
