A popular WWE Superstar recently made bold claims in a social media update. The performer in question has not held any title since 2021.

Natalya is one of the most experienced performers in the Stamford-based company. The 42-year-old's most recent in-ring appearance was against SmackDown Superstar Michin. She defeated the former OC member in the tournament final to earn a shot at Candice LeRae's WWE Women's Speed Championship.

Earlier today, Natalya took to her Instagram account to share a compilation video of her 2024. In the caption, the veteran performer noted that she was busy working on everything she loved last year. While referring to herself as "the UNCROWNED LEGEND," Nattie added that 2025 would be her year.

"You win or you learn. I was busy in 2024 working on all the things I love. 2025 will be the year of the UNCROWNED LEGEND 💜👑," she wrote.

WWE star calls Natalya her wrestling mom

Natalya wrestled several matches in NXT last year. She competed with Lola Vice twice, with one being an NXT Underground match. The 26-year-old defeated the former WWE Women's SmackDown Champion on both occasions.

During her appearance on the Mark Moses Show earlier this year, Lola Vice opened up about her experience working with Natalya. The former Mixed Martial Artist praised the veteran and claimed she respected the latter, calling Nattie her "wrestling mom." Vice added that her match with the former Hart Dynasty member would forever be in her memory.

"That was incredible. Natalya put in a good fight. She brought it. She's a legend. I respect her. Thankfully, I got the win that day and was able to knock her out. That is a memory I'll take with me forever. I think of Natalya as like my wrestling mom. I just pick her brain and ask her so many questions. She is so knowledgeable, amazing, and talented. Fighting her was a dream come true because I used to see her on Total Divas. It was full circle for me. I'm glad I got to experience this with her," said Lola Vice.

Natalya will be looking to start the year with a win over Candice LeRae and win the WWE Women's Speed Championship, marking her first singles title win since 2017.

The former The Way member has yet to defend the gold, which she won by defeating IYO SKY in the final of the inaugural championship tournament in October 2024.
