Bianca Belair is one of the top female WWE Superstars on the roster today. A former WWE employee recently expressed his desire to see a massive star return after nearly a year of absence to face The EST.

Charlotte Flair has been out of action since December 2023 after suffering multiple serious knee injuries during a match against Asuka on SmackDown. Meanwhile, Bianca Belair has been part of a tag team with Jade Cargill over the past several months. She is currently one-half of the Women's Tag Team Champions.

The EST could return to being a singles competitor after her partner recently suffered multiple injuries with no timetable for her comeback.

On the Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast, former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci said he would like to see Flair return to face Belair. He claimed the potential match between The Queen and The EST would be incredible.

"She's [Belair] none of the best women superstars we have right now. And there's a lack of them. Hopefully, Becky [Lynch] comes back or whatever is happening there. And I'd love to see Charlotte come back, man, going against Bianca that would be an incredible match," Carlucci said. [4:15 - 4:28]

When will Charlotte Flair return to WWE?

While Charlotte Flair has posted footage of her recovery process on her social media handles over the past several weeks, the Stamford-based company has yet to announce her return date.

WWE analyst Sam Roberts predicted The Queen could win the 2025 Women's Royal Rumble match upon her comeback.

"Charlotte is my pick to win the Women's Royal Rumble this year right now, but who knows? Who knows she'll even be back," he said on Notsam Wrestling.

TV and podcast host Chris Van Vliet has also predicted the return of the 14-time Women's Champion at Royal Rumble on February 1. It will be interesting to see whether that happens.
