WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker is arguably one of the most popular performers in professional wrestling. The former World Champion recently opened up about the greatest spinebuster he ever took.

The Phenom has an impressive record at WrestleMania, having won 25 out of his 27 matches at The Show of Shows. At WrestleMania 8, he defeated Ric Flair despite interference from fellow WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson, who hit The Deadman with a spinebuster.

On a recent edition of his Six Feet Under with Matt Calaway podcast, The Undertaker claimed it was the greatest spinebuster he ever took. He further revealed how the match against The Nature Boy on The Grandest Stage of Them All was set up.

"That was the greatest spinebuster I ever took. That was a lot of fun. I remember Vince [McMahon] coming to me that year, I didn't have an opponent, and he comes up to me, he's like apologizing to me, he goes, 'Mark, we booked all this out. I don't have anybody for you.' He says, 'You can either have RVD or Flair,' and nothing against RVD because I had really good matches with RVD. I was like, 'Flair,' and he looked at me, like he looked at me like, 'What?' I'm like, 'I want Flair.' He couldn't grasp it because Flair had a run in WWE but he wasn't a WWE guy. For me, it's Ric Flair. I said, 'At Wrestlemania are you kidding me? Yeah, I want Flair,'" he said. [From 1:30:41 to 1:31:40]

The Undertaker reveals he is open to making a WWE appearance

The Undertaker's most recent appearance on WWE television was at WrestleMania XL, where he showed up to help Cody Rhodes become the Undisputed WWE Champion and finish his story.

During an earlier edition of his Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway, the veteran mentioned that he was open to future WWE appearances. However, he pointed out that his WrestleMania XL appearance gave him closure, and he no longer feels pressured to show up.

"I'm not saying that I wouldn’t do something like that in the future, but I don’t have that feeling in my chest like I’ve had since I retired... I hadn’t come to peace with it. I knew, just like when it was over in the Boneyard Match at four in the morning, like, I’m good," he said. [From 1:12:57 onwards]
