Seth Rollins isn't scheduled to compete at Survivor Series: WarGames at the time of this writing. WWE had teased Rollins as the fifth man for the OG Bloodline before CM Punk showed up. The Straight Edge Superstar made a surprise return on the November 22 episode of SmackDown to help Roman Reigns and his crew fend off Solo Sikoa and his team.
Punk's reveal as the fifth member of the OG Bloodline caught the WWE Universe by surprise as fans had largely assumed Reigns' bitter rival Rollins to join forces with The OTC up until that point. Rollins' presumed alliance had also been tied to the Visionary's feud with Bronson Reed, who joined The New Bloodline by attacking the OGs in the lead-up to the PLE.
While fans wait for an update on Seth Rollins' status for WarGames, a wrestling veteran has shared a bold prediction involving the RAW Superstar and the OG Bloodline for this Saturday's event.
Speaking during Live Q&A on Backstage Pass, senior journalist Bill Apter said he believes Rollins will show up in some capacity during the WarGames match, ultimately (inadvertently) costing the OGs against The New Bloodline:
"I think yes. I think CM Punk and Roman Reigns are not going to exisit very well [in WarGames]. I think, somehow, Seth Rollins is gonna come in... I don't know how he'll get inside the cage... maybe he climbs from the top [they always do]. But he wants Bronson Reed and [I think] he is going to interfere and cause a whole mess, where Roman Reigns' team is going to lose... because of Rollins." [08:13 onwards]
Seth Rollins is no stranger to competing inside the WarGames structure. Last year, The Visionary (reluctantly) joined forces with former rival Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso against The Judgment Day and Drew McIntyre. As for Punk, this Saturday will mark the first time he steps into a WarGames match.
Punk and Reigns both are advertised for the upcoming episode of SmackDown.
