The Rock (aka The Final Boss) made a surprise appearance on WWE NXT and shocked the world. Recently, in a playful tweet, the black and silver brand's commentator Vic Joseph revealed The People's Champion's new "strict rules" for him following the appearance.

On the recent edition of NXT, The Rock made a surprise appearance on-screen with his daughter Ava. Moreover, he interacted with several upcoming stars of the brand on and off screen and spent time passing on advice to the next generation.

Taking to X (fka Twitter) NXT commentator Vic Joseph revealed that The Final Boss set "strict rules" going forward. Joseph stated that the move 'Uranage' is always called 'The Rock Bottom' and not 'Book End,' taking a hilarious yet clever shot at Booker T:

"I received strict rules from The Final Boss - it’s always the Rock Bottom and never the Book End! #WWENXT," Joseph wrote.

The Rock appeared on Monday Night RAW, where he also announced his surprise appearance for the developmental brand's weekly show.

What did The Rock do on WWE RAW's Netflix debut?

Last year, rumors were floating around regarding The Rock's potential appearance on RAW's Netflix debut. Last night, The Final Boss returned to WWE for the first time in months.

On the recent edition of Monday Night RAW, The Final Boss addressed the crowd and the Netflix executives during the show. Moreover, he broke character and praised Cody Rhodes, seemingly hinting at the end of their rivalry.

Later, Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa went to war against one another in a Tribal Combat match. In the end, The Original Tribal Chief reigned supreme and won back his Ula Fala, which Sikoa took during Reigns' absence.

After the match, The Final Boss made another appearance and confronted Roman Reigns. He coronated The Original Tribal Chief, and the two had a moment inside the WWE ring.

Many expected The Rock to go after The Original Tribal Chief, but it's unclear whether he will wrestle at WrestleMania 41.
