Roman Reigns to call an ex-AEW performer for help, OTC to win major title? 4 directions for the Original Tribal Chief at Crown Jewel 2024

Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso were brutally attacked by The Bloodline in last week's episode of WWE SmackDown. The heel faction decimated the Original Tribal Chief, sending him a strong message.

Meanwhile, the company has kicked off its build towards the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event. The lineup for the event is shaping up beautifully. With this being an international event, a big name such as Roman Reigns is also expected to feature.

However, it's still unclear what the company has planned for The OTC at the PLE. In this piece, we will explore four potential directions for Reigns at Crown Jewel 2024:

#4. Roman Reigns could lock horns with Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel 2024

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes prevailed over Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood PLE. While the Original Tribal Chief may have picked up a win against The Street Champion in a tag match, he has yet to face his former Enforcer in a singles contest.

That could finally change at Crown Jewel 2024. The creative team could book the highly-awaited singles match between Reigns and Solo Sikoa for the November 2 event. This potential encounter could then plant seeds of a WarGames Match between Team Roman and Team Solo at Survivor Series.

#3. The OTC and Jimmy Uso could challenge The Bloodline for the WWE Tag Team Championship

Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa of The Bloodline currently hold the WWE Tag Team Championship. However, the duo could be challenged by Reigns and Jimmy Uso to a title match at Crown Jewel 2024.

As fans saw, Jimmy returned to WWE TV at Bad Blood to reunite with Reigns. While the duo was brutalized by Solo and Co. after the main event this past Friday, they could hit back at the heel stable on the upcoming edition of the blue brand before challenging The Bloodline to a title match.

#2. Roman and Jimmy could become the new WWE Tag Team Champions

If Reigns and Jimmy do end up challenging The Bloodline to a title match at Crown Jewel, this may turn into something more, as we could see Jey Uso getting involved in The Bloodline saga.

While Roman Reigns declined to join forces with Main Event Jey, Jimmy seemingly went behind Roman's back to ask for help from his twin brother on RAW. However, the current Intercontinental Champion refused to do so.

However, Jey is eventually expected to reunite with Roman and Jimmy, and the same could happen at Crown Jewel. The YEET Master could make his presence felt during the potential tag match to help The OTC and Big Uce become new champs.

#1. Roman Reigns could call upon Hikuleo for help

The Bloodline currently holds the numbers advantage over Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso. As mentioned earlier, The OTC refused a potential reunion with Jey Uso on last week's SmackDown. However, he could call upon an ex-AEW performer for help.

The star in question is none other than Tama Tonga's half-brother, Hikuleo. The six-foot-eight-inch monster, who wrestled in AEW in 2021-22, reportedly signed a contract with the Stamford-based promotion in July 2024.

Hikuleo is rumored to make his return anytime soon, and that could happen at Crown Jewel. Reigns could recruit the real-life Bloodline member as his new Enforcer at the Saudi spectacle.
