WWE left no stone unturned in teasing the imminent debut of the former AEW star on Monday Night RAW. A recent report offers a massive update on WWE's plans for Penta.
Penta El Zero Miedo's contract with Tony Khan's promotion reportedly expired approximately two months ago. World Wrestling Entertainment has recently been releasing a series of cryptic vignettes hinting at the 39-year-old's arrival to the company. The latest vignette appeared on RAW's Netflix premiere on January 6, 2025, which featured Penta's name prominently displayed on his iconic mask design.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider (via Cultaholic Wrestling), WWE plans to immediately establish Pentagon Jr. as a central figure and a permanent fixture on Monday Night RAW following his debut.
On RAW's Netflix premiere, Chad Gable and the rest of the American Made crew met Adam Pearce backstage. During the segment, the former NXT Tag Team Champion requested that Pearce find him a formidable Luchador as an opponent.
The RAW General Manager claimed to have the perfect Luchador in mind for Master Gable, strongly hinting at the former AEW star. Penta is scheduled to face Chad Gable on the upcoming edition of the red brand.
During RAW's Netflix post-show, the Chief Content Officer addressed several topics. When asked to reveal Gable's mystery opponent, Triple H stated that the wrestling world had already deduced the identity:
"I'm sure you've already figured it out," The Game said.
The leader of American Made has already sent a message, taking a shot at Penta El Zero Miedo's mask. Both wrestlers have emerged victorious in their last respective matches. Notably, Gable and Pentagon Jr. have never faced each other before, making this their first-ever encounter.
It remains to be seen whether the former AEW star's debut in the Stamford-based promotion will be triumphant.
