The OG Bloodline has reunited, down to the Honorary Uce Sami Zayn. They're going to team up with each other alongside CM Punk to take on The New Bloodline, but how long will they be together? New reports of what could happen over the next two months have emerged.
On this week's episode of WrestleVotes Radio on Backstage Pass, JoeyVotes and TC touched upon the story heading into Survivor Series: WarGames with the Bloodline Civil War and what lies ahead as the year 2024 wraps up.
JoeyVotes stated that The OG Bloodline in its current form - i.e., Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Sami Zayn, are set to be together after Survivor Series: WarGames. Not only this but the storyline is expected to pour into the early part of RAW on Netflix despite it being a SmackDown storyline.
One of the big questions that people are asking is as to whether or not The Rock will be slotted right into the storyline post-Civil War. He has made no stance as to whether he's Team Roman [Reigns] or Team Solo [Sikoa].
In an interview with E! News, The Rock said he always has a plan and elaborated on his goals in WWE:
"Well, I always have a plan. But when we execute it, you know, that's a whole different story. But I think for wrestling, I'll always be part of WWE. It's in my blood... I love wrestling, but I also feel like it's my job to bring as many eyeballs as I possibly can to the product, but also my job to make sure that I just provide the opportunity in any way that I can for the other guys and the other girls."
It seems to be a matter of when and not if The Rock returns. Since he officially joined the group in the build-up to WrestleMania 40, it only makes sense for him to return and acknowledge which side he belongs to.
