The Shield to reunite on WWE RAW after Seth Rollins takes out longtime rival? Exploring potential swerve

The rivalry between CM Punk and Seth Rollins has been building for several months, and it seems that it could finally be set to get underway after Survivor Series.

Rollins could decide to start his feud with the former WWE Champion much earlier than expected, potentially as soon as this week on RAW, since he declined a place in the WarGames match before Solo Sikoa stepped into his business. Now he has a reason to react.

Rollins and CM Punk have had issues since his return a year ago today, and the former Shield member could opt to take out CM Punk and take his place inside WarGames so that he can get even with The New Bloodline.

Rollins and Roman Reigns have been at odds for several years, but at present, he has much bigger issues with Bronson Reed to address. This could lead to a confrontation between Punk and Rollins and their feud starting next week on RAW.

Will Seth Rollins target CM Punk ahead of Survivor Series: WarGames?

Seth Rollins and Punk have the most history, but if Rollins just wanted to join the WarGames match, then he could target Jimmy Uso, who would be considered the weakest link. Going after Punk would kick-start their feud, and Rollins already hates Punk and has addressed that fact numerous times over the years.

That being said, an attack would turn Rollins heel, something he hasn't been for several years. Heading into WrestleMania 41 next year, it's likely that Rollins will be the heel in the scenario because of the reaction CM Punk has been getting over the past few months.

This attack could push this forward and allow him to finish his feud with Bronson Reed before moving on to Punk, as his feud with the former World Champion is expected to last for several months.
