Rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs is sued yet again by a woman alleging he drugged and r*ped her at a party in 2006. TMZ, which first reported the news, noted that LaTroya Grayson of Oklahoma filed the $15 million lawsuit against the rapper and his companies, including Bad Boy Entertainment, on Friday, December 20, 2024.

According to an article by Page Six, Grayson's half-sibling won a contest playing on a local radio station, KJAMZ. The prize was an "all-expenses-paid vacation for two to New York City to attend a 'Diddy White Party.'" Grayson and her sibling were flown in and eventually attended the party but were separated.

While mingling with the guests, the victim realized she felt sick after two drinks and headed to the restroom. However, the victim claims she has no recollection of the rest of the incident. She woke up at a hospital after being drugged, s*xually assaulted, and robbed.

It is to be noted, that the victim didn't explicitly mention seeing Diddy at the party and also cannot confirm who allegedly assaulted her.

LaTroya Grayson allegedly received a phone call from an anonymous woman warning her to take legal action against Diddy

According to Times Now, LaTroya Grayson's lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, filed the lawsuit on her behalf, and it detailed that the radio station's award included round-trip flights to New York, accommodation, and two passes to Diddy's private event. Grayson and her brother reportedly traveled to NYC on October 16, 2006, and checked into the Roger Smith Hotel.

At the party, the victim interacted with several celebrity guests like Babz and Bonecrusher (from Making the Band) and even took photos. The lawsuit described that the "waitresses" passed around "premade drinks," two of which Grayson drank. However, she soon "began to feel sick" and headed to the restroom.

Page Six, citing the lawsuit, reported that LaTroya's next memory was waking up at the Saint Vincent's Medical Center with "no memory" or "recollection" of how she got there. The lawsuit alleged that at the time, Grayson noticed her "shirt was ripped, her underwear was missing, she was not wearing any shoes, and the money she had traveled with was stolen."

Further, the lawsuit claimed Grayson felt "constant pain in the inside and outside of her v*gina," which she "believed was from rough intercourse."

Per the publication, the suit further alleged that after returning to Oklahoma, the victim received a call from "an anonymous female" cautioning her from taking legal action against the rapper. Grayson alleged that the caller told her the rapper was a celebrity and that a legal complaint would be futile.

According to a report by Newsweek, Grayson's legal action included the letter addressed to the radio contest winner, photos of Delta airline tickets, and a hotel bill paid by Atlantic Records. It also included photos of the waitresses allegedly present at the event, the victim's pictures with Bonecrusher and Babz, and her hospital bill and bracelet.

In addition to Diddy and Bad Boy Records, Delta Airlines, Atlanta Records, and other companies are named co-defendants.

LaToya is one of several alleged victims who have sued Diddy for s*xual misconduct. This includes a woman claiming he and fellow rapper Jay-Z took turns r*ping her at an MTV VMA after-party when she was just 13. Further, federal officers arrested the rapper in September on charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs has denied all allegations levied against him. He is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after voluntarily withdrawing bail. His trial is set to begin next May.
