"You play arts and crafts on your face is diabolical"— Blueface's mother Karlissa reacts to rapper getting new face tattoos in jail
A video posted by The Shade Room on November 24, 2024, showcases the new tattoos on rapper Blueface's face, indicating he got inked in jail. While the tattoo design is not clear enough to ascertain what the rapper has gotten, his mother, Karlissa, expressed her discontent with his decision to get inked.
On November 24, 2024, Karlissa took to Instagram and posted screenshots of the texts she sent Blueface, expressing displeasure with him. Her message read:
"Javaughn’s confidence has fallen and you play arts and crafts on your face is diabolical. Your half a father wasn’t as sad as you are right now. You better star praying and pull yourself together! You are more than a lame a** jail ninja. You a child of God and father of three."
She continued:
“You about to piss me all the f****** way off because you wasn’t supposed to turn out like the rest of them fatherless weak a** cry baby a** losers. You have to feed these kids until they graduate college!!! Get yo s*** together lil boy!"
In addition to the screenshot, Karlissa's post included videos of the Outside rapper's children. Moreover, in the caption of her Instagram post, Blueface's mother asked netizens to pray for her son because she was tired. She also warned people not to question her about why her grandchildren don't talk to her, stating that she would block such accounts.
As reported by Hot New HipHop on March 2024, Karlissa shared screenshots of someone texting her to apologize to Jaidyn Alexis, the mother of Blueface's first two children, Journey and Javaughn. However, Karlissa expressed that she wasn't interested in making amends, stating that Jaidyn threw shade at her first.

After much public back-and-forth regarding allegations against one another, Chrisean Rock posted a video of getting the Holy Moly rapper's portrait tattooed on her cheek. She also updated fans about moving back into the rapper's house. However, the duo hasn't shared any information about them being together again.
On November 25, 2024, Karlissa shared a post from the Instagram page @house0fblues to clarify rumors about the rapper and Chrisean getting married. These rumors were reportedly started by the rapper's aunt Karletta and his grandmother. The rapper's mother denied the rumors, stating:

As reported by Fox 11 News in August 2024, Blueface was sentenced to four years in prison for violating his probation related to the 2021 assault of a security guard at a lounge in North Hollywood.
The rapper was shifted to the North Kern State Prison in California from the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles in September 2024.
