Solo Sikoa is leading the new Bloodline in a civil war against Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso on WWE SmackDown. A former writer for the company suggested a massive legend would return to side with the former Enforcer against the Original Tribal Chief.

After Reigns and Cody Rhodes' victory over Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood, The Rock surprisingly returned to send a message to the winning team and the returning Jimmy Uso. He stood at the entrance of the ramp, counted to three on his hand, and made a cut-throat gesture, before turning away and leaving. As The Bloodline civil war is heating up, former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. predicted which side The Final Boss would pick.

On the latest episode of the Wrestling with Freddie podcast, The Hollywood star's co-host, Jeff Dye, suggested The Rock would go against Reigns in the ongoing Bloodline civil war and Prinze Jr. agreed.

"I'm going with Jeff and he's picking Solo and the new Bloodline," he said. [22:38 - 22:43]

Former WWE writer thinks The Rock could unite the two Bloodline factions

While Solo Sikoa has his new-look faction, Roman Reigns is expected to reunite the original Bloodline ahead of a potential WarGames match between the two groups at Survivor Series on November 30.

When Jeff Dye expressed his desire to see the two groups united, Freddie Prinze Jr. claimed on the Wrestling with Freddie podcast that The Rock could be the person to have the power to accomplish that mission.

"[When will The Bloodline be one Bloodline?] It could be coming. It could be coming. The Rock might unify the clans," he said.

The Rock has not appeared on WWE television since his surprise comeback at Bad Blood. Analyst Sam Roberts predicted The Final Boss would return on the first episode of Monday Night RAW on Netflix in January. It would be interesting to see what the 52-year-old legend's next move could be.
