Kathy Colace confirms divorce from ex-WWE personality John Laurinaitis
Former WWE personality John Laurinaitis has been embroiled in controversy and his former wife, Kathy Colace, recently confirmed their divorce. In 2022, John Laurinaitis ended his professional relationship with WWE, which started in 2001 and took a short pause in 2020.
During his time with the Stamford-based promotion, he tied the knot with Kathy Colace, The Bella Twin's mother. Earlier this year, Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Laurinaitis and Vince McMahon.
However, Laurinaitis' personal life also took an unfortunate turn as Kathy Colace recently confirmed their divorce on The Bella Twins' podcast. Speaking on The Nikki & Brie Show, Brie mentioned the divorce from John Laurinaitis, and Colace provided more insight and confirmed the news.
"Is it fine to tell everyone that you're divorced? She's not single and ready to mingle, by no means. She is, I feel like, enjoying your independent time. People are curious to know where you're at," said Brie Garcia.
Kathy added:
"My recommendation for anybody going through anything challenging, give yourself some grace, allow yourself to feel all the emotions that you'll feel, and sit in silence and appreciate yourself. You will get through this. If you need outside help to get through it, seek outside help. In regards to the haters, you're going to hate. Maybe find it in yourself to give everyone grace. WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella is also surrounded by controversy
A few months ago, it was reported that Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev's relationship had taken a darker turn as domestic violence was reported, and the two stars haven't been living under the same roof.
Earlier this month, new information regarding their ongoing battles was discovered in their official divorce filing. The two are in the process of getting separated, and Nikki claimed Artem was forced to move into construction after he was let go of 'Dancing with the Stars'.
She further claimed the move wasn't a fit for him, as Artem often believed the switch was beneath him. This also led to the star's growing aggression, which ultimately affected their relationship in the coming months.
Nikki and Brie Bella haven't been on WWE television in a while, and it looks like the two and Laurinaitis won't be associated with the company anytime soon.
