WWE legend does not think John Cena should retire from wrestling

Jerry "The King" Lawler recently shared an interesting reaction to John Cena's upcoming retirement from the squared circle.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter, Lawler discussed Cena's upcoming retirement from in-ring competition. The legend stated that he didn't think anyone should retire and often associates the word with death. He added that Cena still has a lot to do in the business and does not think he should use the word retire.

"No, I don't think anybody should ever retire. There's too many things you can do without using the word retire. When I hear about somebody retiring, I look for them to die pretty soon, so I would never say that he's gonna retire." [1:28 – 1:57]
