A WWE ID prospect sent a fiery cryptic message today on social media. The star in question has also spent some time in All Elite Wrestling in recent years.
Kylie Rae took to social media today to react to a report from Front Office Sports that accuses a Fox executive and former host of Undisputed, Skip Bayless of allegedly abusing their power to harass a female employee. Rae reacted to the message and noted that it was a tale as old as time.
"Man abuses his position of power to sexually harass woman. A tale as old as time. I pray for a better future.😔💔," she wrote.
There were rumors of an inappropriate incident between Chris Jericho and Kylie Rae in All Elite Wrestling. After Rae was signed to the WWE ID program last November, a bunch of fans reacted to the news by taking shots at the current ROH World Champion on social media.
Legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter recently discussed the pros and cons of the WWE ID program.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine podcast, Apter noted that the program could be a benefit for some, while a detriment to others. The veteran stated that prospects will likely choose to go to a wrestling school supported by the program, rather than one that was not approved.
"It depends on who you are. If you are an indie wrestling school like the Monster Factory and you are not approved by them, it's like going to a school and getting a degree, you know you went to this important school, or you're gonna go to a school that's not really recognized as the most important. It's not just about going to the schools, it's also going to be where they are going to be following certain talents around as they develop in the indie wrestling scene. So I think it's good in one way," he said. [1:00 onwards]
