WWE Superstars are likely to be inspired by The Undertaker for decades to come, while new fans will become diehards after discovering his legendary body of work. The Hall of Famer retired his famous moveset a while ago, and now another superstar close to Taker has apparently borrowed one of his iconic finishers.

Omos has been in Japan since the year started on a dominant run in Pro Wrestling NOAH. After joining up with heel faction Team 2000X, the 7-foot-3-inch grappler captured the GHC Tag Team Championship with Jack Morris. Omos' successful NOAH run has included several highlights, including a two-on-one squash, and his debut at the legendary Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.

The Nigerian Giant began destroying his NOAH opponents using his double chokeslam finisher, but he debuted The Undertaker's Last Ride Powerbomb this past weekend. He also revealed a new moniker while running through his opponents. The 30-year-old used the finisher in both of Saturday's matches at NOAH Star Navigation Premium 2025 and on Sunday for his two-on-one squash match. NOAH has even touted the move as The Last Ride on their social media.

Omos is currently 5-0 since debuting in Japan. He and Morris are advertised for a title defense on Saturday, January 25, which is fueling rumors of a big return for the one-time RAW Tag Team Champion at the WWE Royal Rumble on February 1.

The Undertaker reveals major praise for Omos

WWE's past met the future several weeks back when Omos sat down with The Undertaker on his Six Feet Under podcast. The tall grapplers revealed that they were both fans of each other during the viral interview.

The Dead Man praised The Nigerian Giant for his dominance, comparing him to a larger version of Kane. Taker and his co-host continued the praise and also declared Omos to be one of his favorite WWE Superstars.

"I'm so happy you're here because you honestly are one of my favorite people in WWE at the moment. He has so many qualities. He [Omos] is very Kane-like, only bigger, which is insane to think about how big Kane is. But, as a human being, just an unbelievable human being, and only begin [sic] to scratch the surface, I think of what you're going to do with WWE," Taker said. [From 01:14 to 01:46]

'Taker later told fans how he could see Omos becoming something like a protective gatekeeper, similar to how he was in the WWE locker room. The Phenom believes Omos will eventually hold a role similar to the guardian of the castle.
